Location & Schedule Worksite: On-site in Ripon, WI Standard Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 1pm Compensation Hourly Rate: $30.97 – $34.53, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Requirements

  • Two-year associate degree plus 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to use a computer for parts lookup and CMMS entry.
  • Comfort with standing for extended periods, as well as sitting, bending, stooping, and tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Pre-employment physical including a baseline test demonstrating the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments aligned to diagrams, manuals, and OEM specifications.
  • Troubleshoot motors, advanced hydraulic & pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyors, and production machines.
  • Commission new equipment following established protocols to ensure safe, reliable startup.
  • Conduct routine testing and inspections to verify safety and optimize performance.
  • Capture and analyze machine data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Recommend and implement actions that cut downtime and boost reliability.
  • Document work orders and equipment history in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
