Requirements

  • Relevant technical degree, certification, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or automated environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose PLC, HMI, and control system issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and follow safety protocols.
  • Design, develop, and optimize automated and manufacturing systems.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance through data analysis and engineering solutions.
  • Manage capital projects, including system upgrades and new equipment installations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Lead and develop maintenance and technical teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support training, coaching, and performance management of technical staff.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support production objectives.
