Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial or facility maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting and working with PLC systems.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple work orders, PM schedules, and maintenance priorities.
  • Proficiency using computers and common software tools such as Windows, spreadsheets, and maintenance documentation systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, participate in an on‑call rotation, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
  • Physical ability to walk frequently, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in industrial environments including heights, confined spaces, temperature extremes, and around chemicals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and repair work with production to minimize downtime.
  • Assign and track maintenance work orders, ensuring proper completion and follow‑through by maintenance technicians.
  • Perform electrical installation and repairs ranging from low‑voltage control wiring to 480V three‑phase systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, from routine part replacements to full equipment rebuilds.
  • Support facility operations including utilities, building systems, and production areas such as filling, blending, tank farm, and warehouse.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for facility and plant maintenance, ensuring documentation and reports are properly filed for tracking and audits, and stop production if safety or quality concerns arise.
