Requirements

5+ years of industrial or facility maintenance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance systems.
Experience troubleshooting and working with PLC systems.
Ability to organize and manage multiple work orders, PM schedules, and maintenance priorities.
Proficiency using computers and common software tools such as Windows, spreadsheets, and maintenance documentation systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced production environment.
Willingness to work varied shifts, participate in an on‑call rotation, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
Physical ability to walk frequently, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in industrial environments including heights, confined spaces, temperature extremes, and around chemicals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and repair work with production to minimize downtime.
Assign and track maintenance work orders, ensuring proper completion and follow‑through by maintenance technicians.
Perform electrical installation and repairs ranging from low‑voltage control wiring to 480V three‑phase systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, from routine part replacements to full equipment rebuilds.
Support facility operations including utilities, building systems, and production areas such as filling, blending, tank farm, and warehouse.
Coordinate with outside contractors for facility and plant maintenance, ensuring documentation and reports are properly filed for tracking and audits, and stop production if safety or quality concerns arise.
