About The Position

Manage team of Industrial Engineers supporting Fabrication in Marietta, GA . Provide estimates of labor, production schedules, capacity and resource loading, and performance measurement for production operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher education from an accedited college or equivalent experience in production and scheduling
• Experience monitoring and reporting metrics related to cost, schedule, staffing, and capacity
• Experience creating manpower/staffing plans

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Industrial Engineering Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written, and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments
• Fabrication experience
• Aircraft production experience
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
• SAP experience
