We are hiring a locally based Industrial Engineering & Cost Analyst to support our U.S. manufacturing operations. This role will focus on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant sites.

This position works closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive measurable business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• 大學(含)以上，工業工程／工業管理／財務會計或相關科系
• 3–5 years of experience in IE, Cost Accounting, or Production Planning/Control
• 3–5年 IE／成本會計／生管相關經驗
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excel 與數據分析能力佳
• Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin
• 英文與中文流利
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and numbers
• 數據敏感度高、邏輯清晰、分析能力強

• Conduct cost collection, analysis, and improvement initiatives

• Lead and execute operational improvement and productivity projects

• Analyze and optimize factory labor and cost structures

• Support annual operational targets using PDCA methodology
