As the Cost Analyst, you will join a high-performing team providing mission-critical cost estimating and financial analysis support across multiple DoD programs. We are growing our team of cleared professionals across cost analysis, financial management, program support, and mission-critical disciplines. As a Cost Analyst, you will develop and maintain cost estimates, analyze program financial data, and support independent government cost estimation processes. You will collaborate with program managers, engineers, and other SMEs to ensure accurate, compliant, and actionable cost information.

Requirements

  • Current and Active Top Secret Clearance is required
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university; degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of experience providing cost estimating support for multiple large projects.
  • Experience with ACEIT (Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools) and/or AMCOS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).

Responsibilities

  • Develop cost models to estimate program resource requirements and Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE).
  • Analyze earned value management (EVM) data, identifying discrepancies, ambiguities, and significant cost variations.
  • Prepare and provide input for Business Case Analyses and Cost Benefit Analyses.
  • Formulate program plans including DoD-mandated documents such as Cost Analysis Requirements Documents and Program Office Estimates.
  • Assess the impact of prototype systems and various production approaches on overall program costs.
