What You'll Do As part of our dynamic production and engineering team, you'll: Lead equipment procurement, setup, and optimization to keep production running efficiently. Design and update technical drawings using CAD and SolidWorks to bring ideas to life. Coordinate maintenance and preventive programs to keep operations at peak performance. Drive process improvement initiatives that boost productivity, quality, and safety. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and operations to solve challenges and streamline production. Support manufacturing teams with real-time problem-solving and technical expertise. This is an onsite role where your hands-on expertise makes a visible difference every day. What We're Looking For You're a self-starter who loves turning data and design into smarter, stronger, and faster systems. You bring: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or maintenance engineering (or strong internship/project experience if you're a recent grad). Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. A sharp mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance independent work with teamwork. Why LaForce?
