About The Position

The Industrial Engineer plays a key role in designing, analyzing, and continuously improving our manufacturing processes. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality outcomes as we scale production. Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action
• Hands-on experience with industrial engineering tools such as capacity models, simulations, and KPI dashboards
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 a plus) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows through time studies, capacity modeling, and process mapping
• Design and implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce cost, and eliminate waste
• Support manufacturing layout design for facilities, lines, and workstations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production challenges and implement sustainable solutions
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Use data and analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Participate in Kaizen events, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
