In this role, you will analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to enhance efficiency in production facilities and equipment layouts. You will establish and refine methods to maximize the utilization of production facilities and personnel, and collaborate to implement accident prevention measures and support training programs for all phases of production operations. The role also involves conducting studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory management, and production record systems, and developing and implementing plans for facility modifications and improvements to operational methods based on study findings. You will partner with facilities engineers on the planning and design of new or upgraded facilities. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 1 year of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Previous data analysis experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in MES Solumina & SAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access.
  • Understanding of Learning Curve Theory desired.
  • Previous Sikorsky experience

Responsibilities
