About The Position

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze manufacturing processes (steel forming, panel fabrication, insulation, assembly, painting/coating, packaging) Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis Develop and maintain standard work instructions and labor standards Support lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) Support new product introductions and engineering changes Improve workstation layouts, material flow, and plant layouts Identify root causes of scrap, rework, and downtime Analyze production costs and recommend cost-reduction strategies Develop KPIs and manufacturing performance dashboards Promote safe work practices and ergonomic improvements
