About The Position

The successful candidate must have excellent analytical capabilities, be comfortable deep diving into data, have strong communication skills and can communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the company. This role main responsibilities include developing key metrics and data analytics to enable continued growth critical to supply chain infrastructure and resolve operational concerns, supply planning in an MRP system, and owning the supply of your portfolio from point of purchase to finished goods ship. This role will work closely with Sales Operations, Supply Operations, Global capacity planning, Sourcing, Finance, Business Operations, and Business units to understand demand profiles, product life cycles, and business model strategies. Monitor levels of supply while holding moderate inventory positions, and minimizing Excess and Obsolete. Build efficiency and automation into your process and disseminate to your peers. Handle multiple projects at once, deal with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of industrial engineering work experience in a semiconductor, assembly, and/or testing company.
  • Experience in Rapid Response and Tableau are preferred
  • Experience in Project Management, NPI planning, Demand planning, Capacity planning, and/or S&OP process are a plus
  • Semiconductor end to end process background from wafer fabrication to assembly & test process
  • Strong decision making and comfort in making sound data based recommendations
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and ambiguity
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication skills and with ability to simplify complex topics to broad audience
