About The Position

You will be a part of Lockheed Martin’s Sustainment Industrial Engineering team and will influence how modifications, upgrades and overhauls are done on all of our products. As our business grows, we are looking to expand our industrial engineering team with someone who can help us deliver breakthrough capabilities that redefine our production systems. This is an experienced professional opportunity where you will: Provide direct flightline and operations floor support, including creation of crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production. Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption while demonstrating results. Document your work and train stakeholders and peers. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience developing and maintaining production plans, manufacturing schedules, FAMSCO, crew plans, and/or Master Schedules in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with creating and maintaining metrics
  • Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Statistical Analysis (Regression Analysis)
  • Experience with Database Operations (Data Mining, SQL Statements)
  • Ability to work autonomously when provided with work instructions.
  • Bachelor's degree in an Industrial Engineering or science related discipline
  • Experience with SAP, SFM and Tableau
  • Experience in the aerospace industry and/or working with Military Partner / Customers
