About The Position
Electricians Needed! Keep our Assembly Line Running at International! Sign-On Bonus: We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus (less applicable taxes) for newly hired skilled trades positions Earn $36.42 per hour + 6% shift differential & benefits beginning on day one! Troubleshoot & repair electrical systems Ensure smooth plant operation Experience with industrial automation a plus Must have: Journeyman's license and/or 8+ years experience. Ready to make a difference? Shift Differential only available on second and third shift. These are represented positions with excellent benefits including dental, medical and a generous 401k.
Requirements
- Qualified Journeyman Electrician having successfully completed a government sponsored apprenticeship
- Equivalent 8 years experience as an Industrial Electrician
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
- Must be able to work on any shift.
Nice To Haves
- (PLC) Programmable logic controller and robotics knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Seeking experience troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment
- Familiarity and adherence with NEC and Chicago Code
- Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and OSHA Regulations
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Good experience running conduit, pulling wires and installing equipment.
- Journeyman's card and/ or 8 years verifiable experience
- Ability to work any shift
