About The Position

Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as an Industrial Custodian and play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere. Plymouth : Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1 hr clean ( Friday is weekend optional ) Bourbon: Wednesday & Friday 1 hr clean ( Friday is weekend optional )

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous custodial or janitorial experience in industrial settings is a plus.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous custodial or janitorial experience in industrial settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in industrial settings.
Ensure all areas are sanitized, including restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Assist in special cleaning projects as assigned.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet cleaning schedules.
