Industrial Control System Platform Security Engineer The Opportunity: A robust cybersecurity framework is essential for safeguarding critical systems and enabling the Marine Corps to achieve their missions. Developing the right security architecture for disparate environments demands a mix of technical expertise and strategic foresight. That's why we need you, an OT security engineer who knows how to craft and implement comprehensive security solutions for complex systems. As an OT security engineer on our team, you’ll use your skills in c ond ucting cybersecurity assessments, security design engineering, and threat monitoring to standardize Facility- Related Control System ( FRCS ) enterprise architecture, including shifting disparate, installation‑centric systems to MCEN‑transported, data‑ center ‑hosted regional enclaves with robust edge segmentation, encryption, and continuous monitoring. Your understanding of system designs, protocols, and physical configurations will guide you as you implement countermeasures, detect threats, and maintain the overall cybersecurity posture of these systems. You'll c ond uct onsite security assessments and work cross-functionally with various teams using your skills and industry knowledge. Requirements

  • Experience developing plans of action and milestones for FRCS enterprise architecture and risk reduction initiatives, drafting RASCI charts, establishing Cybersecurity Service Provider roles and responsibilities, and developing FRCS Risk Management Framework guidance documentation
  • Knowledge of drafting memoranda of agreement, memoranda of understanding, and service-level agreements
  • Ability to support high-visibility or mission-critical program tasks
  • Ability to perform all functional duties independently
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with Facility- Related Control System ( FRCS ) enterprise architecture, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience with Facility- Related Control System ( FRCS ) enterprise architecture

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing support to a government organization, preferably within the Department of Navy ( DON ) or United States Marine Corps ( USMC )
  • Experience in an on-site client support role, preferably within the military or a government setting
  • Experience with Marine Corps or DoD networks, FRCS or OT systems, or large‑scale enclave deployment
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, or architecture validation in complex, distributed environments
  • Knowledge of Department of War FRCS cybersecurity policies and priorities
