Opportunity Highlights Starting Pay: $18.90/hr After 90 Days: $19.63/hr Operator Pay: $3.00/hr Shift Differential: $1.25/hr Shift: Rotating shift (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next) rotates between 1st (7am-7pm) 2nd (7pm-7am) Weekly Pay What will you do? Over one year, you’ll gain the experience needed to become a certified SDS Operator. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with equipment or machine operation experience seeking a stable, long-term career path.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; experience with industrial or mechanical equipment preferred
Interest in learning thermal desorption systems
Ability to work rotating shifts and on-site in a physical, hands-on environment
Commitment to following strict safety procedures
Basic computer/data entry skills and proficiency in English (read, write, understand)
Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and crawl
Ability to lift, reach, push, and pull

Responsibilities

Maintain EHS compliance and promote a safe, environmentally responsible workplace
Train on and operate the Solids Distillation System (SDS)
Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot system controls and components
Log operating data, perform walkthroughs, and load/unload tankers while maintaining unit cleanliness
Support supervisors, follow safety protocols (LOTO, confined space, hot work), and complete certification after one year
