The Industrial Automation & Robotics Instructor is responsible for teaching courses in industrial robotics, automation systems, electrical and electronic principles, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and related technologies; facilitating student learning and success; and developing curriculum and instructional strategies that meet the needs of students, industry partners, and the regional manufacturing sector. Instruction will be delivered across multiple modalities and pedagogical approaches, including classroom-based teaching and experiential, hands-on laboratory learning. In consultation with the Dean, the instructor will oversee lab, equipment, and project activities, ensuring effective support for daily operations and safe, efficient use of technology and tools. The instructor will also support program initiatives such as community outreach, student recruitment, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners. First consideration will be given to applications received by February 18, 2026.
