About The Position

Investigate assigned operational club and/or distribution center processes to uncover improvements opportunities. Support the implementation of ongoing automation deployments and implementations. Investigate new ways data can be used to positively impact the business. Own and design new process utilizing physical and digital automation.

Requirements

• Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc.
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.
• Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
• Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred majors: Computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of common coding languages and data visualization tools is a plus.
