Industrial Aftermarket Service Sales Executive Location: Aurora, Colorado A day in this role Morning in Aurora starts with your route plan across Colorado. Your first stop: a manufacturing plant where you uncover downtime risks and recommend a preventative maintenance plan from Cullum & Brown. By midday, you’re walking the floor with a maintenance manager, scoping repairs and inspections to boost uptime. Afternoon finds you collaborating with service technicians to confirm schedules and parts availability. Before you wrap, you update your CRM—opportunities, proposals, next steps—so tomorrow’s pipeline is even stronger. Requirements

  • 3+ years in outside sales, ideally in industrial services or technical solution selling.
  • Experience with industrial equipment (compressors, pumps, blowers, vacuum systems, etc.) preferred.
  • History of beating quotas and growing accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively across Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new service revenue statewide across industrial, manufacturing, and commercial accounts.
  • Position and sell service agreements, preventative maintenance, inspections, repair programs, and rapid response offerings.
  • Conduct on-site assessments, educate customers on Cullum & Brown solutions, and craft tailored proposals.
  • Deepen relationships with existing clients to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner closely with service technicians and internal teams for seamless delivery.
  • Exceed sales targets through thoughtful territory planning and proactive business development.
  • Keep precise records of activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
