About The Position

At Schar Heating we offer GREAT careers for our incredible team! We have a growing team of HVAC, IAQ, & Plumbing professionals; we want YOU to join our team! Position Summary: To provide exceptional customer experience and to maintain the role expectations listed below, while providing indoor air quality consultations, enhancement s, and cleanings. In addition, to assist in installation of HVAC and/or plumbing when considered needed by the install manager. Work start and end time: 8 :30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record with clean or near clean driving record
Motivated work ethic
Desire to learn
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Possess basic knowledge of tools
Possess good written and verbal English language skills
Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience
Duct Cleaning experience
Experience / Training in the HVAC field
Customer service and general problem solving
Customer / coworker references are a plus
Existing ownership of applicable tools
