The Individual Giving Officer will lead ASC’s individual giving strategy and execution, with a primary focus on donor acquisition and re-engagement, relationship-based fundraising and disciplined prospect management. This role will manage a portfolio of donors and prospects and develop a fundraising plan to increase philanthropic support in support of ASC’s mission. Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, this dynamic leader will build relationships, drive donor engagement and align development initiatives with ASC’s goals to create a vibrant cultural ecosystem in Charlotte-Mecklenburg. This position requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about arts, science, and culture and skilled in relationship building, strategy development and donor engagement.
