Tubman is seeking a full-time Individual Giving Manager to join a collaborative resource development team. The Individual Giving Manager plays a critical role in advancing Tubman's mission by developing and executing a comprehensive individual giving program that drives sustainable revenue growth. This position manages the full lifecycle of individual donor engagement—from strategy and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship—with responsibility for annual fund campaigns, mid-level giving, and pipeline development for major gifts. The Individual Giving Manager will oversee annual fundraising campaigns and monthly giving programs and manage a portfolio of annual giving donors and prospects. This position offers flexibility and requires both remote and in-office work, based at Tubman’s Chrysalis Center in south Minneapolis. This position’s typical schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends required. This position typically will travel through the Twin Cities Metro including Tubman locations.
