Provide SME Expertise: Support user queries, ensure robust audit compliance, and champion user adoption. Strategic Liaison & Requirements: Act as the primary liaison and "voice of the customer" between business stakeholders and IT; translate complex needs into functional requirements for SAP Ariba and related procurement systems. System Evolution & Testing: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of process design and system enhancements, including requirement documentation, coordinating cross-functional changes, and spearheading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). SME & User Support: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide advanced user support, develop comprehensive training materials, and identify scalable solutions for recurring system issues. Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and facilitating workshops to gain consensus on innovative, system-based solutions. Data & Compliance: Utilize data analysis to provide critical business insights and maintain robust audit compliance, documentation, and internal controls.
