The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Indirect Spend Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here you will make an impact by: Lead financial due diligence to ensure accurate reporting and cost savings for key global vendors Collaborate with the Procurement and Enterprise Supply Chain Executive Vice Presidents to drive the greatest value from these vendor partnerships Partner with manufacturing site operations and finance leaders to explain annual budgets and spend variances related to these vendors Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver financial objectives Effectively manage change and act with agility Ensure compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards (GAAP)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting (completed and verified prior to start).
• Seven (7) years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• MBA, CMA, or CPA certified
• Audit or contract management experience
• Demonstrates ability to act as a change agent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP
