As a Staff Product Manager of our Bill Pay and Procurement products, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spend offering; designing strategy, defining solutions, and driving delivery from concept to launch.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech or spend management products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high-scale, mission-critical systems.
  • Sharp product and design thinking, with experience building delightful customer-facing experiences with a strong eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical rigour: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain knowledge of the Accounts Payable process, including Procure to Pay and Intake to Procure workflows.
  • Experience using modern AI tools in the product development process and in customer-facing solutions.
  • Finance or Accounting background or experience
