Indirect Sourcing Operational Excellence Specialist
About The Position
As an Indirect Sourcing Operational Excellence Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal leader in steering the success of our supply chain initiatives. With your extensive, hands-on experience in supply chain project management, you will lead end-to-end projects, meticulously overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases to ensure seamless project delivery. You will report directly to our Indirect Sourcing Operational Excellence Director, and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: New Hires will work onsite Monday-Friday for the first 90 days In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness of our indirect sourcing operations, ensuring that processes are streamlined, costs are minimized, and quality standards are met. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a culture of operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.
