Our indirect procurement team plays a critical role in enabling business success across functions by sourcing the tools, services, and partnerships that power our operations. What You Can Expect As an intern on the Indirect Procurement team, you'll be part of a dynamic group that supports sourcing and supplier management across a wide range of categories including IT, CAD/EDA, Equipment, HR, Marketing, Facilities, and Professional Services. You'll work closely with experienced procurement professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to help optimize spend, improve supplier performance, and support strategic initiatives. Your contributions will help shape sourcing decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support procurement's role as a trusted business partner.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or other related fields with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Familiarity working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Ariba, Coupa)
  • Prior internship or project experience in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Help track and analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities.
  • Support sourcing activities including market research, supplier identification, and RFP/RFI development.
  • Assist in supplier evaluations and contract reviews.
  • Collaborate with category managers to support sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and procurement's role in enabling success.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and procurement automation efforts.
  • Learn procurement systems and tools such as spend analytics platforms and contract management systems.
  • Gain exposure to procurement policies, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
