About The Position
This position is for an Indirect Packout Jack Driver Operator on the 3rd shift in Broken Bow, OK. Applicants will be considered for any power jack start type opening on the posted shift. The role requires availability for overtime and weekends if necessary. The work environment is cold and damp, with temperatures ranging from 28 to 42 degrees Fahrenheit. Jobs are fast-paced and involve repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40+ lbs, while Material Handling and Receiving positions require lifting 70+ lbs. The role involves constant standing, walking, and riding of powered material handling equipment. Specialized training for powered industrial trucks is required to be qualified within Tyson Foods, Inc.
Requirements
- Must have 3-Months operator experience listed on the application (can be a combination of employers)
- Ability to label, organize, and align pallets in cooler
- Required to become certified in both pallet jack and forklift operation
- Ability to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Specialized training for powered industrial trucks required to be qualified within Tyson Foods, Inc.
