The Indirect Dealer Representative functions as a dealer liaison to maintain profitable long-term partnerships and to promote increased loan production between the Credit Union and its automotive dealer relationships. This role works under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position must participate in training annually, or as required for BSA and the Privacy Act. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management & Business Development Develop positive relationships between automobile dealers and the Credit Union. Promote the benefits of the Credit Union and actively seek to generate new business opportunities. Coordinate marketing of products, including participation in various dealer functions. Communicate effectively Credit Union policies and procedures to the dealer. Work directly with the underwriting and funding teams to resolve funding issues and dealer complaints. Compliance & Professional Standards Assure compliance with regulatory standards. Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to internal and external customers. Attend required meetings and training as requested. Represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions and responsibilities. Reporting & Communication Monitor and provide periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) reports in relation to indirect loan production, efficiencies and performance and dealer visits. Communicate in a professional and efficient manner with all departments to promote teamwork and high-quality member service. Organizational Engagement Represent and uphold the Achieva Brand Frame. Support leadership initiatives that position the credit union as a top employer. Participate in annual training or as required by BSA and the Privacy Act. Perform other essential functions as needed or assigned. Travel may be required on occasion.
