The Indexing Operations Analyst I is responsible for providing internal and external indexing support to ensure data integrity, efficient and timely processing of all indexing activities. This role involves working interdepartmentally with various teams, including, but not limited to, Internal Indexing teams, Customer Care, Intake, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, Product, Business Insights and Business Applications, to ensure timely and accurate completion of all documents and activities. What you'll do: Conduct trainings and Process Overviews/Updates, in person and remote, on all materials related to Indexing Operations Identify different types of data that need tracking to improve business performance Work with internal/external leadership to prioritize suggested changes to impacted processes Identify and present trends, areas for operational improvement, and make suggestions for streamlining processes. Ensure SOPs, process maps, and job aids are maintained/up to date Act as a subject matter expert on assigned projects and tasks Plan, execute, and implement assigned projects Foster and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in reconciliation efforts between any needed departments Operations Manage real-time/daily correspondence with Sourcing Partners Analyzes Escalations, Productivity, Performance/Behavior trends as well as supplier trends to ensure we maximize profitability via strategic sourcing payment processing. Identify and act on any escalation/incident Manage customer cases for Indexing services What we are looking for: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to consistently meet all deadlines Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to research, organize and prioritize work with limited guidance Basic to Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint Customer service experience, initiating forward facing communication with internal customers and/or external vendors Strong desire and aptitude to learn and question current processes Prior indexing processing experience using Accounts Payable software Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Bachelor’s Degree preferred or combination of education and experience Knowledge of and experience working with NACHA rules and regulations Intermediate to Advanced experience using MS Office programs Knowledge of Accounts Payable software and Salesforce Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience Additional Information This position will provide back up support for other team members and become cross-trained on multiple tasks Minimal to no travel requirements About AvidXchange AvidXchange is a leading provider of accounts payable (“AP”) automation software and payment solutions for middle-market businesses and their suppliers.
