About The Position

Rudholm Group is a US-based manufacturer of custom printed polymailers, produced in Henderson, Nevada, supplying apparel brands, e-commerce companies, retailers, and 3PL fulfillment operations with high-quality, US-made packaging. This role focuses on identifying and engaging new customers, with internal Key Account Managers handling pricing, negotiation, and execution. It is designed for experienced representatives who already sell into apparel, e-commerce, retail, or 3PL industries.

Requirements

  • Experience in packaging, apparel, e-commerce, or related industries
  • Existing network of buyers or decision makers
  • Ability to generate and qualify leads
  • Self-driven and results-focused
