About The Position

Paybility Financial is seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives to join our growing merchant services team. This is a commission-based role with the opportunity to build a residual income stream while helping businesses with their payment processing needs.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a 1099 contractor role (independent, commission-only)
• Motivated, self-starter attitude with confidence in performance-driven work

Responsibilities

• Engage with small to medium-sized business owners
• Present payment processing solutions and services
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage your own pipeline and daily activity (15-20 business visits per day, typical for success)
