About The Position

EverLine San Diego is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Contractor to support business development efforts for our commercial pavement maintenance services , including striping, sealcoating, and surface coatings. This opportunity is designed for a self-directed outside sales professional with construction knowledge who prefers the flexibility and earning potential of a contractor-based role.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of outside or field sales experience
• Working knowledge of construction, asphalt, concrete, coatings, striping, or related trade preferred
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Responsibilities

• Independently generate and close new commercial accounts
• Target property managers, HOAs, facility managers, general contractors, and commercial property owners
• Conduct site walks, assessments, and in-person sales meetings
• Present EverLine San Diego’s pavement maintenance solutions professionally
• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Coordinate project handoff with EverLine operations after contract execution
