About The Position

The 1099 Sales Contractor role is designed for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who will independently manage and grow their sales pipeline within the United States market. This position focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Success in this role directly contributes to the company’s growth and market presence by expanding the customer base and increasing sales volume. Ultimately, the role demands a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a contractor or commission-based role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Valid work authorization to operate as an independent contractor within the United States.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address any client concerns promptly.
