Your Role: Independent Pet and Distribution Manager - Retail This role will lead the efforts of our Distribution partners in geography as defined by the IPR Distribution Lead. This sales role will partner with our distributors and drive growth in the valuable Independent Pet Retail channel.

Requirements

Education: Assoc Degree; Military experience may be considered in lieu of a degree on a case-by-case basis.
Experience: Previous experience in an entry level sales role
Top skills include the ability to develop relationships and create engaging sales presentations

Responsibilities

Deliver growth in the Independent Pet Retail Channel by partnering with Distribution to ensure Elanco is top of mind and supporting our IPR customers
Deliver FSIP goals while supporting One Elanco
Develop customized Sales Presentations
Develop and deliver trade plans to drive growth and deliver ROI for Elanco
Sell and launch innovation, in addition to closing Elanco distribution void gaps
Ensure strong execution of all Elanco programs in line with budget expectations
Develop forecast and delivery revenue for the channel
