About The Position

Pathways For Life creates possibilities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our Independent Living Homes promote independence, safety, and dignity while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
We are seeking a House Lead to oversee 1–2 Independent Living Homes in Chandler, AZ. This role combines direct support shifts with leadership and operational oversight.
The House Lead serves as the on-site leader of assigned home(s), ensuring quality member care, strong staff performance, and regulatory compliance. This position works scheduled shifts in the home while also managing daily operations.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Must pass required background checks and clearances

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Arizona DDD requirements preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule home staff
• Ensure quality member care and implementation of support plans
• Serve as primary contact for guardians and support teams
• Maintain compliance with DDD and company requirements
• Oversee daily home operations, supplies, and documentation
• Address staffing or member concerns promptly
