We are looking for Independent Contractors in the greater Pittsburgh area. We can keep you busy all year long with steady work! SERVPRO is an industry leader in disaster mitigation and reconstruction. We are seeking highly skilled tradesmen to join our team as Independent Contractors. Ideal candidates must carry both liability and comprehensive insurance coverage. Independent contractors will be responsible for completing required repairs on reconstruction projects according to the schedule provided by the SERVPRO Project Manager. Requirements

• Active Contractor’s License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of General Liability and Comprehensive Insurance
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and accountability
• Strong customer service skills
• Commitment to completing work orders on time and with exceptional quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently on job sites
• Flooring installation (carpet, LVP, hardwood, ceramic tile)
• Painting and finishing
• Drywall and plaster repair
• Kitchen remodeling
• Bathroom remodeling
• Installation of windows, doors, and trim
• Basic MEP work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

Responsibilities

• Completing required repairs on reconstruction projects according to the schedule provided by the SERVPRO Project Manager.
• Completing all assigned work promptly and to the highest quality standards.
