About The Position

Maid Right is seeking an Independent Experienced House Cleaner to clean residential and light commercial properties. The role involves being the main point of contact with customers and a manager, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue through customer retention. The company operates Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexible scheduling and no evening hours unless requested. Cleaners have access to choose their jobs. While some experience is required, Maid Right provides training on its effective and easy-to-learn cleaning system. Maid Right prides itself on offering non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning services designed to reduce client stress and exceed expectations. Responsibilities

• Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service

• Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies
• Ability to clean multiple homes in a day
