Independence Grove Attendent
About The Position
The Independence Grove Attendant provides customer service by collecting user fees, disseminating site-specific information, assisting patrons with marina rentals and purchases, and answering phone calls. This role also involves ensuring patron safety by adhering to site rules and regulations, maintaining knowledge of Preserve operations to assist visitors, and helping to keep assigned work areas clean. The position requires physical tasks such as walking, bending, stooping, standing, kneeling, climbing, reaching, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- One year of experience in customer service

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service through collecting user fees and disseminating site-specific information
- Assist patrons with marina rentals and/or purchases
- Answer phone calls
- Aid in the safety of patrons by adhering to site rules and regulations, as well as applicable safety information
- Maintain a general knowledge of Preserve operations in order to act as a reliable source for visitors
- Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness of assigned work areas
