About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Foreman to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Energy sector. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems commonly used in the Oil & Energy industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards applicable to maintenance operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team and management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance mechanics in daily operations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of machinery to determine maintenance needs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure production efficiency and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Train and mentor junior mechanics and apprentices on best practices and safety protocols.
