About The Position

Join a high-impact, end-to-end resolution team that ensures accurate and timely revenue by solving complex billing, quoting, and system challenges. This role partners across Field, Finance, Billing, and Customer Care to independently audit cases, resolve issues, and remove barriers to revenue—ideal for a critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Your role: Monitors and resolves incomplete cases end to end to ensure timely, accurate revenue recognition and billing. Independently researches and resolves complex issues, including system errors that block billable revenue, with minimal to no assistance. Communicates directly with internal and external customers to address complex purchase order requirements and billing discrepancies. Accurately and promptly creates customer quotes while verifying case details through report monitoring and auditing. Operates as an end-to-end auditing and resolution team, requiring strong critical thinking and collaboration with stakeholders across Field, Parts, Finance, Planning, Frontline, Billing, Installed Base, Contracts, and Customer Care. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Quotation Management, Service Processes, Customer Service, Supply Chain or related field. Your skills include strong investigative and troubleshooting skills with the ability to gather and analyze data, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate or better Excel skills are also required. You have at least a high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $21.27 to $34.04 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
