About The Position

Under the overall direction of the Culture and Employee Experience leader, this role is responsible for designing and contributing to the global inclusion strategy, ensuring alignment with Olympus’ Employee Experience framework, and leading execution in the U.S. market. The position acts as a global liaison and monitoring hub, coordinating with regional inclusion leads to ensure consistency and progress, while maintaining that regional teams own execution responsibility. Additionally, this role serves as the secretariat for the Global Inclusion Council, managing governance, reporting, and agenda-setting. The Inclusion Program Manager combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, focusing on psychological safety, belonging, ERG governance, and inclusive leadership practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or Organizational Development degree preferred; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in culture transformation, inclusion, or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated success in embedding inclusion into culture programs.
  • Experience managing ERGs and inclusion campaigns.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Experience working with diverse employee populations across U.S. regions.
  • Ability for 20% global travel
  • Expected to regularly engage with global teams, requiring availability for calls and collaboration before or after standard business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of global inclusion strategy and annual priorities.
  • Develop implementation guidelines and toolkits for regional adaptation.
  • Serve as the secretariat for the Global Inclusion Council: manage agendas, minutes, and quarterly reporting.
  • Lead execution of inclusion programs in the U.S., ensuring compliance with local regulations (EEO, ADA).
  • Drive ERG governance, inclusive leadership training, and cultural campaigns.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed inclusive behaviors and accountability.
  • Monitor regional progress against global inclusion priorities.
  • Collect and consolidate KPIs, prepare dashboards, and report to EX Head.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across regions.
  • Manage small-to-medium program budgets and vendor relationships for U.S. initiatives.
