About The Position
As an Inclusion & Belonging Associate reporting to the Senior Director of Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships, you'll support strategic programs that foster inclusive workplace practices and strengthen external partnerships. This opportunity is a part-time (20 hrs/week) role during the current fall semester and offers hands-on experience in project coordination, accessibility advocacy, and social impact programming.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program
- Demonstrated interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Responsibilities
- Help with planning and execution of inclusion-related events and programs.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for programs and events.
- Support programs focused on financial literacy, accessible design, and community engagement.
- Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and best practices.
- Help track project deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation for external partnerships.
- Collaborate to ensure agreement on organizational goals and values.
