About The Position

As an Inclusion & Belonging Associate reporting to the Senior Director of Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships, you'll support strategic programs that foster inclusive workplace practices and strengthen external partnerships. This opportunity is a part-time (20 hrs/week) role during the current fall semester and offers hands-on experience in project coordination, accessibility advocacy, and social impact programming.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program
  • Demonstrated interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Responsibilities

  • Help with planning and execution of inclusion-related events and programs.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for programs and events.
  • Support programs focused on financial literacy, accessible design, and community engagement.
  • Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and best practices.
  • Help track project deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation for external partnerships.
  • Collaborate to ensure agreement on organizational goals and values.
