About The Position

ECS is seeking an Incident Command System (ICS) Leader / Advisor to work
remotely to support Marine Operations.

The customer
seeks
a seasoned leader
to support
the Marine Operations
Center
Incident Command System (ICS) program, which
maintains
an
organization-wide presence across Marine Operations.

This role requires technical ICS
expertise
to lead diverse stakeholders and
ensure consistent emergency response as personnels
key roles rotate from their
billets regularly. The effort demands strategic planning to define goals
and
objectives
for implementation despite limited time and staff. Understanding
critical shipboard engineering and communications for casualty response is
essential. Critical requirements include large-group leadership, strategic
planning for resource limitations, and program implementation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• Expertise in managing and leading initiatives that have organization-wide impact.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in organizational-level work, including strategic planning and program implementation.
• Experience in a maritime and shipboard setting, specifically with damage control procedures.
