Consults with assigned business lines regarding modification of incentive plans and advanced incentive processing. Calculates incentive payments, performs reasonability audits on the results, and submits payments to payroll. Performs advanced data validation and research. Provides ongoing support to customers by answering complex questions related to incentive plans and source data. Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for business line employees when Learning Services resources are not available. Professionally communicates results, reports, and guidance/recommendations.
