The Incentive Compensation Manager is responsible for the design, administration, analysis, and governance of incentive compensation programs that align with business objectives and drive performance. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Executive Leadership to ensure incentive plans are competitive, compliant, scalable, and clearly communicated.
