As an Incentive Compensation Analyst, you will support the accurate and timely administration of incentive compensation programs for commissionable employees. In this role, you’ll work closely with data, systems, and cross-functional partners to help ensure commission calculations are correct, transparent, and well-supported. About the Team The Incentive Compensation team plays a critical role in supporting Rapid7’s Go-To-Customer strategy by ensuring commissionable employees are paid accurately and on time. The team partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and IT to deliver reliable compensation outcomes and maintain trust across the organization.
