This role is responsible for ensuring that only customer-approved materials are installed and that agreed Civil Works guidelines and schedules are followed. The manager will attend coordination and progress meetings, provide on-site supervision, especially during high-risk periods, and ensure a safe working environment with well-maintained tools. Key duties include Civil Works problem-solving, coordinating site activities to align with project goals, driving schedule activities, and troubleshooting results. The position requires ensuring that Service Providers and vendors meet technical specifications and that workmanship quality adheres to contract, Ericsson standards, and customer expectations. The manager must enforce all safety guidelines and construction procedures throughout the Civil Works phase. Responsibilities also include performing site pre-inspections, post-construction audits, site verification, and visual quality inspections. The role involves preparing regular progress reports, providing status updates to project management, and offering technical assistance to Service Providers. The manager is responsible for rejecting incorrect material deliveries, reporting poor performance, ensuring compliance with civil design plans, and supervising and coordinating works with various disciplines. Team leadership focused on quality and results, writing claims, and managing material orders and returns are also part of the job. Additionally, the manager will maintain and update construction-specific areas of Site Handler, including SOW, preconstruction documents, NTP receipt verification, RFDS submission review, Civils acceptance documents, daily Civils progress PFA verification, and close-out document review and acceptance sign-off.
